Thanksgiving card # 2

ever had supply's inspire you ???

well thats what happened to me today  

i got a fall card and veterans day card posted 

and then the wonderful mail lady brings me 

my paper wishes personal shopper die of the month 

package and wow are these dies just gorgeous

i ran up to my craft room  and sketched out 

a card just for the dies 

funny thing is the card ended up nothing like 

the sketch lol

but still it is really 

soft and pretty and i cant wait to give it to some one 

who i know will just adore it 

( my grandma )

so i guess you know i can ramble on all night 

but fact of the matter is its 2 am and hubby is next to me 

snoring so i better catch a few ZZZZZ's befor i have 

to get up in the morning

Veterans day card #2

Veterans Day is HUGE in my 

house I come from a long line of 

military members all the way back to the 

revolutionary war in 1776 members of my family can be 

traced to each American conflict we have ever 

had !!! 

and I kept the tradition alive and married a soldier of my own lol

so i need to get going on these cards i have alot to make 

befor November 11 

but here is card two i love how it turned out 

very simple but strait to the point !

it is totally created by me even the boots are a photo 

of hubbys army boots that i turned into a sketch

to print them off in the large format just print at the 8 x 10 format 

to get them smaller  print at the 4x6 format 

i printed both and can use them both ways

I have been working hard the last couple of 

days to get some more cards made and

this card sketch i did i really loved so

Productive!!!

one word that describes my day :-) 

I was able to get into my craft room and get a few 

cards knocked out and delt with all 

my house work, family needs and tons of 

paper work 

i feel like wonder woman!!

and i couldnt help my self this stamp needed to be 

used this card series !! 

and im running out of time to get cards posted

I want candy Halloween card

Hello October!!!

long time no card !!!

sorry i havent been around and posting 

i have had a plate full lately 

hubby has been keeping me busy to say the least 

and then on top of that i managed to catch my 

lil boys cold ( yuck ) 

i did make it into my craft room for a few minutes to make 

a card but didnt film it I just needed a little creative time with 

no cameras editing and such!!!

what a week 

it started out soooo productive

and then hubby started to have some issues 

then not need stresses came along 

i just feel like i need a vacation lol 

but really things are good

started a chip board construction project and 

finally got a card done

The story of a Army wife

so no card for me yesterday didnt 

even have time to get this haul video up 

and edited till late last night ! 

yesterday was filled with meetings , hubby and paper work 

alot of my followers on my other blog and 

you tube channel know my story but i haven't really shared 

it with my new friends i have met here on this blog or my new 

channel! 

so i thought i would explain a little bit 

this is my hubby 

this is three weeks to the day 

that he was blown up in iraq by 

3 IEDs 

this is the truck he was driving he barely made 

it out of  when 

he was struck with the road side 

bomb 

this is two weeks after the blast 

hubby is getting his purple heart!

hubby is the one on the right 

the guys next to him is a man whos 

life my hubby saved 

this photo is another two weeks later

this is the first time i got to see him 

since the being wounded 

and its been a very long road since then three years 

have gone by hubby still has his issues and still needs alot

of care but he is home 

im am lucky when most wives whos 

husbands go threw what mine did come home in a 

casket. so i thank god every day !!!

about two 1/2 years into our new lives together

we were told about this great organization for 

wounded soldiers 

its called military warrior support foundation 

and we were told to apply to them 

and we did and guess what they pick us to 

give this big beautiful adaptive house

 

so some times i get a little big busy with life 

and some times i just dont have the time 

to make videos or even go in my craft room!

I love my craft room and i love all of my supporters 

and some times i feel like i let you down by not 

being around alot sometimes 

but when i can i always try and share and create

and think of you !
